The goals of this challenge are to confront the most important manufacturers and suppliers with the needs and expectations of the companies and organizations of the focus group in a confidential and friendly way, to take the purchasing and IT managers of the initiators to the table, to increase common understanding and competence, in order to establish a learning process and, if possible, a further regular exchange.
The credo for the Manufacturers Challenge is: “We need to know more about each other, who does what and why, what expectations and intentions exist, in order to be able to act better and more actively in terms of energy and resource efficiency”.
